The summons lists Greater New Zion Baptist Church Treasurer Betty Garner as the complainant. Pastor LeVonia Ray was charged with trespassing after he entered the church December 19th without authorization, the summons says, adding that Ray was notified by attorney Rick Daniels that he was not to return to the church.
